Help for how you inspect
Book the job, walk the house, write the report, and get paid. Inspecta 360 is the software, not the inspector.

Getting started
Your first 15 minutes
Sign in, glance at the board, then set the three things clients will see: website, fees, and a report template.
Getting started
Solo, Team, and Scale
Monthly seats only — no per-job fee. Start alone, then add office login, integrations, AI copilot, and extra inspectors when the calendar fills.
Getting started
Owner, office, and inspector
Owners run the firm. Office staff run the board and website. Inspectors see the jobs they are assigned.
Website and booking
Edit your public website
Drag sections onto the canvas, click any words to change them, then publish. Clients land here to request an inspection.
Website and booking
Requests vs live estimates
Clients can send an inspection request or pick a priced estimate and an open slot. Both land on your board.
Website and booking
Use your own web address
Point a CNAME at Inspecta 360, prove ownership with a TXT record, and keep /o/your-firm until DNS is active. The padlock is automatic.
Jobs and calendar
Projects from lead to closed
Every inspection lives on the kanban: request, booked, on site, report, delivered, closed.
Jobs and calendar
Price a job, then book it
Build a quote from services, add-ons, and fee rules. Send a PDF or turn it into an inspection.
Jobs and calendar
Calendar with drive time
Drag a job to reschedule. Click an empty slot to book. Keep a drive buffer so you are not stacked back-to-back.
Field writing
Write the report on site
Follow a walk-order or SOP path. Voice and photos sink to the job from your phone, even if you lose signal.
Field writing
SOP and walk-order templates
New workspaces get InterNACHI-style residential, a walk-order pack, plus 4-point, roof, and radon. Duplicate before you rewrite.
Field writing
Publish the PDF
Generate the report from the writer, preview HTML, download PDF, and share a link. Hold it in the portal until signed and paid if you want.
Clients and payment
Send the agreement
Contracts live on the job. Clients sign in the portal — typed signature on every plan, or DocuSign / Dropbox Sign on Team and Scale.
Clients and payment
Invoices, Stripe, and PayPal
Client invoices are your inspection fees. Connect Stripe or PayPal under Firm Billing. Inspecta’s own subscription is under Account → Billing.
Clients and payment
Hold the report until they sign and pay
Agreements and invoices live in the client portal. You can keep the report gated until both are done.
Clients and payment
Using the client and agent portal
Buyers open jobs to sign, pay, and read the report. Agents see the same job and can mark repair-request items.
Firm and growth
Invite inspectors and office staff
Team and Scale include extra seats. Inspectors only see assigned jobs. Office runs the board without walking houses.
Firm and growth
Clients and referring agents
CRM stores the people attached to jobs — buyers, co-buyers, and agents — so you are not retyping them every booking. Scale adds campaigns, import, duplicates, and custom fields.
Firm and growth
HomeBinder, RecallChek, Secure24, and Zapier
Team and Scale include an Integrations board. Connect the tools the rest of the office already runs.
Firm and growth
Inspecta subscription vs client invoices
You pay Inspecta for seats under Account → Billing. Clients pay you for inspections under Firm Billing.
Firm and growth
Revenue analytics
Business → Analytics shows booked job fees by inspector, referring agent, and service. It is not the client PDF and not cash collected.
