Product / Inspection scheduling software

Inspection scheduling on your website — estimates, slots, and the calendar

Inspecta Home 360 gives every firm a public site with services, SEO, and a booking flow. Clients send an inspection request or pick a live estimate (square footage, age, travel, add-ons) and an open slot. The office sees the week with drive buffer. Connect your own domain when you are ready.

The problem

Texting square-footage quotes from the truck and juggling a generic calendar leaves gaps in the day and a messy handoff into the actual inspection.

How Inspecta Home 360 helps

  • Branded website with canvas, blog, SEO, and optional custom domain
  • Inspection requests or live estimate-and-book on your page
  • Fee rules for square footage, age, mileage, and add-ons
  • Calendar with drive time, reschedule, and inspector assignment
  • Estimates that convert to a job without retyping the address

Questions

Do I have to replace my website?
No. Keep the site you have and add a Book Now link on your current Book tab. It goes to your Inspecta booking page at /o/your-firm/book, or your custom domain once connected. If you want a new site, publish one in Website — booking, live estimates, and inspection requests live on that branded site, so clients book without leaving it.
Do clients book on Inspecta Home or on my site?
Either path uses Inspecta booking behind the scenes. Link from the website you already have, or let clients book on the Inspecta site you publish at /o/your-firm or a custom domain. Inspecta Home is not a listing marketplace.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Point a CNAME at Inspecta Home 360, prove ownership with a TXT record, and keep the /o/your-firm link up until DNS is active. HTTPS follows once the name is live.

Longer how-to: Requests vs live estimates. Or read pricing.
