Questions
- Do I have to replace my website?
- No. Keep the site you have and add a Book Now link on your current Book tab. It goes to your Inspecta booking page at /o/your-firm/book, or your custom domain once connected. If you want a new site, publish one in Website — booking, live estimates, and inspection requests live on that branded site, so clients book without leaving it.
- Do clients book on Inspecta Home or on my site?
- Either path uses Inspecta booking behind the scenes. Link from the website you already have, or let clients book on the Inspecta site you publish at /o/your-firm or a custom domain. Inspecta Home is not a listing marketplace.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Yes. Point a CNAME at Inspecta Home 360, prove ownership with a TXT record, and keep the /o/your-firm link up until DNS is active. HTTPS follows once the name is live.
