Price a job, then book it
Build a quote from services, add-ons, and fee rules. Send a PDF, connect it to an existing job, or turn it into an inspection.
Step 1
Create the estimate
Open New estimate and pick the service. Square footage, year built, travel, and add-ons price the job before you roll. Connect the quote to an existing job that does not have one yet, such as a website lead.
Step 2
Send or convert
Save the quote, send the PDF, attach it to a job, or turn it into an inspection. Connected jobs pick up the fee on Projects.

Requests vs live estimates
Clients can send an inspection request or pick a priced estimate and an open slot. Both land on your board. Keep your current website and link to booking, or publish an Inspecta site with booking on it.
Calendar with drive time
Drag a job to reschedule. Click an empty slot to book. Keep a drive buffer so you are not stacked back-to-back.
Invoices, Stripe, and PayPal
Client invoices are your inspection fees. Connect Stripe or PayPal under Firm Billing. Inspecta Home’s own subscription is under Account → Billing.
