Help / Website and booking
Requests vs live estimates
Clients can send an inspection request or pick a priced estimate and an open slot. Both land on your board. Keep your current website and link to booking, or publish an Inspecta site with booking on it.
Step 1
Keep your current website, or use Inspecta’s
You do not have to rebuild your site to switch. Option A: add a Book Now link on the website you already have. Point it at /o/your-firm/book (or your custom domain once connected). Option B: publish a branded Inspecta website — booking, live estimates, and inspection requests sit on that site, so clients book without leaving it.
Step 2
Inspection request
The intake form on /o/your-firm/request — or the iframe from Links — captures address, contact, and notes. It shows up as a lead on Projects for you to convert.
Step 3
Live estimate and book
The book page prices square footage, age, travel, and add-ons, then offers open slots from your availability. Confirming creates the job on Calendar. Copy the URL or iframe from Links onto the website you already have.
Step 4
You can also book from inside Inspecta Home 360
Click an empty calendar slot, or start from Estimates, save the quote, and turn it into an inspection.

Put booking on the website you already have
Copy a book or request link, or paste an iframe, onto Wix, WordPress, or Squarespace. You do not have to point your domain.
Calendar with drive time
Drag a job to reschedule. Click an empty slot to book. Keep a drive buffer so you are not stacked back-to-back.
Price a job, then book it
Build a quote from services, add-ons, and fee rules. Send a PDF, connect it to an existing job, or turn it into an inspection.
Edit your public website
Drag sections onto the canvas, click any words to change them, then publish. Clients land here to request an inspection.
