Invite inspectors and office staff
Team and Scale include extra seats. Inspectors only see assigned jobs. Office runs the board without walking houses.
Step 1
Check your seats
Team includes three people. Scale includes ten. Extra seats are $25/mo each on Team and Scale. Solo is one seat — switch plans under Account → Billing before you invite.
Step 2
Send the invite
Team → invite with email and role (office or inspector). They sign in and land on the right home: firm board or field jobs.
Step 3
Assign work
Put the inspector on the project or calendar job. Unassigned work stays on the firm board until someone owns it.
