Invite inspectors and office staff

Team and Scale include extra seats. Send a sign-in link from Team — not a password. Inspectors only see assigned jobs. Office runs the board without walking houses.

1. Step 1

   Check your seats

   Team includes three people. Scale includes ten. Extra seats are $25/mo each on Team and Scale. Solo is one seat — switch plans under Account → Billing before you invite.

2. Step 2

   Send the invite

   Open Team and choose Add person. Enter email and role (office or inspector). They get a 7-day sign-in link — emailed when Inspecta Home mail is on, otherwise copy it from the dialog and send it yourself. They set a password or continue with Google. We never show or email a password. People who already have an Inspecta Home account keep it and sign in as usual.

3. Step 3

   License and certifications

   Inspectors and owners can save license, certifications, and a short bio from Edit on Team, or from Account. Those lines show on the public Inspectors block. Office seats stay name, email, and role.

4. Step 4

   If they cannot sign in

   Open that person and copy a fresh sign-in link or send sign-in help. The new link expires in 7 days and lets them set a password. Seeded demo logins stay demo1234; seats you add from Team do not.

5. Step 5

   Assign work

   Put the inspector on the project or calendar job. Unassigned work stays on the firm board until someone owns it.
