FAQ
Questions inspectors ask
Inspecta Home 360 is built for how you book, walk, write, and get paid. Longer how-tos live in the Help Center. Still stuck? Talk to us.
- Do you inspect houses?
- No. Inspecta Home 360 is the software, not the inspector. You run the company. Clients book on your page.
- Are you Inspect360?
- No. Inspecta Home 360 is home inspection software at inspectahome360.com. We are not affiliated with Inspect360, the Dallas–Fort Worth inspection company at inspect360.com. We do not inspect houses.
- Are you Inspecta-Home / inspectahome.com?
- No. Inspecta Home 360 is software for inspectors. We are not affiliated with Inspecta-Home or Inspecta-Homes local inspection companies, including inspectahome.com and similar names. Hire a local inspector if you need a house inspected.
- Can I write the report on site?
- Yes. The field writer follows a walk-order or SOP path. Capture photos, notes, and ratings while you are still in the house, then publish a PDF.
- Can I hold the report until they pay and sign?
- Yes. Agreements and invoices live in the client portal. You can hold the report until both are done.
- How do I change the emails and texts clients get?
- Settings → Notifications. Each job step has an Email and a Text. Click a green chip to drop in the client name or address, preview a sample, then save. Turn a message off if you do not want it sent. Queue shows what already went out.
- How do I put the client name in an agreement?
- Settings → Contracts. Click a field chip (client, property, fee) so it drops at the cursor. Preview sample shows a fake job. Keep a default agreement, then add one per service if 4-point needs different language. The client always signs; turn on co-client or agent when those people must sign too.
- Do you have InterNACHI or walk-order templates?
- New workspaces get InterNACHI-style residential, a walk-order residential pack, plus 4-point, roof, and radon templates you can edit.
- What if I am solo and then hire a second inspector?
- Start on Solo (one seat). When the calendar fills, switch to Team or Scale for extra seats, office login, crew jobs, and integrations on the same tools. Extra seats are $25/mo on Team and Scale. Inspecta Copilot is included on every plan.
- Do you charge per inspection?
- No. Seats are monthly or yearly (yearly is two months free): Solo $119/mo or $1,190/yr, Team $169/mo or $1,690/yr, Scale $229/mo or $2,290/yr. Extra seats are $25/mo or $250/yr on Team and Scale. Inspecta Copilot is included on every plan. New workspaces get a 7-day trial of the plan they pick (card required; first charge after the trial unless you cancel). No per-job fee.
- Where do I see revenue by inspector or agent?
- Open Business → Analytics. It charts booked job fees by inspector, referring agent, and service for the date range you pick. That is not collected Stripe or PayPal cash, and it is not the client PDF.
- How do clients book?
- Open Links and copy a book or request URL — or paste the iframe — onto the website you already have. Clients can send an inspection request or pick a live estimate and an open slot. Connecting a custom domain is optional.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Yes. Connect www.yourfirm.com under Builder → Your domain, point a CNAME at Inspecta Home 360, and prove ownership with a TXT record. If you already have a website, use Links instead of pointing DNS. Your hosted page stays on /o/your-firm until a domain is active.
- Do you integrate with Secure24, HomeBinder, RecallChek, or Zapier?
- Yes. Team and Scale include an Integrations board: connect HomeBinder binders after a paid, signed, published report; push jobs to RecallChek; offer Secure24 from the client portal; and fire Zapier Catch Hooks (or create leads with an API key) so the rest of the office can run itself.
